Holmes- 5 years old
Holmes
~ born 18th June 2017, now 5 years old. Holmes is a loving cuddly boy
desiring human contact. He likes to follow you around to see what you’re
up to, a funny nosey boy with character.
He is a larger sized dog, solid, stocky build weighing approx 30kg with stunning, butter wouldn't melt eyes!
Holmes
is is a playful happy dog, loves his toys, but calm when cuddling. He
doesn’t jump up, he just wants a fuss for as long as possible. Cuddle
time is his favourite time with food time coming a very close second!
He
uses a slow feeder when eating to help him not rush his dinner. However
as a rescue dog we advise he is always fed separately from other dogs
in the home.
He has a short dark bridle coat making him a very
handsome boy. He loves the fuss of having his coat brushed and will sit
still whilst he is enjoying his pamper!
He enjoys being outside
and walks well on a lead. He would benefit from long walks to dispel any
extra energy. He has been good with other dogs and shares with Dotty at
the moment and they are both energetic and playful together.
As soon as his door opens for run time he loves to race up and down the run to stretch his legs.
We
hope you will consider giving this loving boy a chance of his very own
sofa. He deserves his family, 5 years is a long time living a shelter
life. Thank you for reading.

Brooke
Brooke- 4 years old
Beautiful Brooke ~ born July/Aug 2018, weighing approx 28kg. She was found with her sisters Cleopatra & Mina at
the beginning of October 2018 in a corn field.
Brooke
is a real sweetheart, affectionate and very loving. She is attentive,
interested, and needs much more time for cuddles than we have time for
at the shelter. She even leans in so her cuddle time will last longer.
Although confident in the shelter, she will need time to adjust in a home as she’s lived a shelter life for 4 years.
She has a double coat that will need brushing/grooming regularly.
Brooke
is friendly with everyone that comes to the shelter to visit, including
children. She walks well out on the lead. Her first contact with a cat
was immediate chase mode. However, on other occasions after that she has
been more relaxed.
She shares a pen with Benji and they play
well together. They enjoy ‘run time’ together. She gets on with most
dogs, no issues have been seen.
Please consider giving this girl a chance of a forever home.

Dotty
Dotty- 6 years old
Dotty was born July 2016.
She
is a mixed hound breed with beautiful markings of black and brown
shading over a white and beige speckled coat. A very striking look! Her
mother is Beatrice (adopted). Her weight is 28kg, a larger dog.
Although
Dotty is a quieter, gentle girl, her personality shines, she asks for
affection with a wagging tail. She is inquisitive, but prefers 1-1 time
enjoying the company of people.
She shares her pen with Holmes
and they will run and play when it's their run time together. She enjoys
sitting on her house roof, looking out onto the road watching the cars
and animals go by.
She's friendly with other dogs and is gaining increasing confidence as she has walks out.
She would thrive In a quieter home where she can settle and have more time and space with her new family.
She is from a family of 6 siblings, Charlie and Dorris (both adopted) and Bobby, Sting, Luna.
Please consider this beautiful girl. 6 years is a long time waiting for your forever sofa. Thank you for reading.
